Condition: It's not perfect - there are some surface moth bites that don't completely penetrate the wool.  The underside of the collar, which is velvet, shows a fair amount of wear and has a small tear (see pictures) again, but the workmanship and detail are superb!  Great example of that time period.  Very wearable - moth bites are only noticeable upon scrutinization and collar would be worn down.  A real beauty!
